ObjectDockPlus and The Win 16 Subsystem

I run a few pgms that use the 16-bit subsystem. If I run one of these long enough I get the following message: "The Win 16 Subsystem has insufficient resources to continue running."

What does this have to do with ObjectDockPlus? I don't know but with that loaded I get these msgs significantly more often.

Could there be a link?
