Multiplicity Pro

OK, so when i signed up/bought the beta version, MP Pro was included in ThinkDesk. Now however, it is seems that (without warning or notice) it is not longer included. I am pretty angry about this as MP Pro was the main reason for my purchase of ThinkDesk.

How come this has happened? What next? Are you going to remove ThinkSync or maybe KeepSafe without our knowledge. As you have removed MP Pro, I no longer have the product that I PAID FOR. Is there going to be a (cheap) upgrade from MP --> MP Pro for those of us who have shelled out cash for the beta release?

I would be very interested to hear you opinions on this matter.

Regards,

Tim.

Multiplicity Pro has never been part of ThinkDesk.  ThinkDesk has the standard Multiplicity since we launched the beta of ThinkDesk. (MP pro is $69.95 and so is ThinkDesk, so it would not make sense to include it)

You can upgrade the MP in ThinkDesk to MP Pro using the following link :

Hi Neil,

Hmmm - I am sure that when I _first_ installed ThinkDesk using SDC it was MP Pro that got installed. In fact, it must have been cos I remember playing with setting up monitors all over the place!

Anyway, thanks for the reply. I guess $40 upgrade is not too much to ask for a program that makes my life so much easier.

Tim.
