Downlods not working

What is wrong

I have downloaded a few suites for object desktop/windowblinds, all seemed ok but when theme manager asks if i want to apply
them it says not downloaded yet next to the items in the window, it then says downloading and goes through the list but does nothing
and applys nothing.
Am i doing something wrong ?
I am listed as a current customer so i should be ok for downloads.

If you are using the free version, or a version previous to 2.19 - you may be experiencing the same glitches that have been posted recently.

Updating to version 2.20 (which was just released) if you are an ObjectDesktop subscriber should do the trick.

If you are unable to update - then applying the components manually may be your best bet (if all the components are available either individually - or already written to the relevant sub-directories)

By "relevant sub-directory", I mean having the folder or files already residing in say "C:\Program Files\Stardock\WindowBlinds", or "C:\Program Files\Stardock\IconPackager", etc. - (where "C" is the letter drive).

I do not have clear knowledge of the cause of recent issues (program, download, or site issue), so this is all I can offer.
