Can the Primary computer have extended desktop mult-monitors?

If the primary computer have 2 monitors extended desktop, can I use Multipicity? In other words, can I have my extend desktop with two monitors on my primay computer and use Multiplicity to join other computers in on the 3nd & 4th monitor?

Yes. You can have two PCs with two monitors controlled by one mouse and one keyboard.

Actually I have three computers and four monitor. The primary computer would have extended desktop using 2 monitors. The other two computer has single monitors. Can Multiplicity connect all three computer in the following way:
Computer One -> Monitor 1
Computer Two (first VGA) -> Monitor 2
Computer Two (second VGA) -> Monitor 3
Computer Three -> Monitor 4

I currently have the 2 monitors/extended desktop as the secondary, but initially I had it set up as the primary and didn't have have any trouble. Although I haven't got your specific configuration, the extended desktop works seamlessly.
