Need help with Toolbar Icons

I need help installing toolbar icons, for WindowBlinds (.wba files) When i install a normal WindowBlinds theme, it works fine. But whenever i try and install a toolbar icon pack, it says wbload must close - sorry for the inconvenince. How to i properly get these things working?
