powerpro problems

WB gives me problems with windows powerpro, even though it is set to exclude. Specifically, the features that it interferes with are these:
I have powerpro set so if I hit the left side of the screen with my mouse, a bar pops out with my clipboard.
Also, if I right click and drag up, a bar of sniplets is supposed to appear.
With WB running, neither of these things will happen.
