Unchanged icon - iconpackager

When I applied new icons using iconpackager in my home computer (xp home), I found this icon (desktop, especially in saving window) didn't changed at all.
Also I checked my laptop (xp professional) & have the same problem in this icon.
Do you know why? Should I change it manually and in that case how?
In file manager, desktop icon was changed well.

That's normal, it's some registry bug if i'm not mistaken. Load up Enhanced Dialog, and that'll fix it finally

You're right. It's fixed after I loaded up enhanced dialog.
