1) See if they have a e-mail in their personal area of the site (If they have one)
2) Leave a message in their guestbook for them to contact you (If they have a area)
3) Could check to see if they have a site and check that for a e-mail address.

There are more, some other people will suggest. I'm also thinking maybe asking in a thread if they visit the forum. But I don't know what the moderators think about that.
