for some reason my systray icons are all choppy, i dont know why because everything else looks fine.

You'll need to provide a little more info............... what programs are you running, system specs, OS, that sort of stuff.

I think you ran a skin that schrunk them. Then running a skin with regular ttlebar height does not cause them to restore to the proper size properly.
