Google Bar vs Mircrosoft's Bar?

Well I watched that show on the google guys about 3 weeks ago, and they said microsoft came out with a bar like googles toolbar. Where can I find the microsoft toolbar? I looked everywhere on their site.

It isn't the Microsoft bar, it is the MSN toolbar (that may have been why you couldn't find it on MS site). It is still in beta, and I haven't used it so I can't comment on it, but here is the link.

Its in beta??? I could have sworn they released it already weeks ago. I though I downloaded it to see what it was.

BlueDev, I have been using it for months and it's great. The only thing is you want to disable it's bho under manage ad ons under tools in Internet explorer. When it's enabled it comes up as a bug during spyware scans. It works just fine without it

joeKnowledge: Yeah, it is still in beta, but open to anyone. At least that is my understanding from the page.

clwoods: Thanks for your recommendation. I had the Google toolbar for a while, but once I got SP2 didn't see a reason for it, so uninstalled. Not too sure what would be the advantage of having another toolbar in my browser. Mind if I ask what about it is great?

BlueDev, There are 2 things I like. It provides an easy connection to my Hotmail account, and uses the MSN search engine. I will not use Google until they get rid of spyware holes I have read it has. If you do not need either one of these thing's it would probably not be for you.
