Lock object dock

I really love this thing, except while using objectdock free version, I keep draging icons off the bar and they imediately disappear. Is there a way to lock the bar from being changed, does objectdoc plus do that, this is really annoying.

This is actually a very good idea os1smith. Object Dock plus does not have this feauture either, and I would like to see it implemented. I have in the past suffered from the same problem, constantly removing my most used shortcuts from the dock.

Right click the dock and select "Lock Dragging". (there is no option to lock dragging on tabbed docks however, but it has been requested)

Very cool, thank you, that is exactly what I needed. Took me a few trys to find an emplty spot to right click, kept getting the icon properties. But I did finally get it.
