Unable to Copy/Paste, firewall is correct, ran through

Checked firewall, ran the batch file on both computers, unable to properly copy/paste or move files over.

It was working just fine Before Tuesday, now I'm unable to copy/paste properly. If I try testing out on a word doc (which I'm trying to use it on) all I get are repeating lines of "?" going down to a second page. 

Only thing I haven't done yet is uninstall/re-install the program. If that fails, what'd be the next step?

After some time of using, I'm seeing that the main is able to copy/paste to the secondary. But it's not working vice versa. 

anyone know a solution to this?
