Hello,

when I double-click the "Configure ObjectDock" icon in the toolbar, the configuration menu doesn't open; I only see the small blue menu for adding or removing an icon. Thank you in advance for your help.

Sincerely,

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Need to know few more details.

  1. You on Windows 10 or 11? Also need its full version and OS Build number. Use Windows build in Winver.exe to get these number.
  2. ObjectDock full version number installed.
  3. Post a screenshot on "double-click the "Configure ObjectDock" icon in the toolbar", which toolbar you referring to?

Thank you,

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. But,  the current version of ObjectDock is v3.01.

And from what you mention this is what I get on my system. Please post a video showing us your issue so we understand it better.

Thank you,

Bonsoir,

Cordialement.

Hello,

Just to clarify, ObjectDock version 2 is not compatible with current versions of Windows (10 and 11). To run ObjectDock on these systems, you’ll need version 3.

ObjectDock 3 is an upgrade, so older version 2 license keys will not work with it—you would need to purchase a new license. This isn’t a bug, but rather a compatibility issue with newer Windows versions.

We truly appreciate your feedback and the time you’ve taken to share your experience with us.
