Multiplayer issue

My friend and I tried to join internet multiplayer today and the button on the main screen wont work for it. We have also tried direct connect but we cant seem to stay connected to game server. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I met the same problem, it told me that I need to pass the GDPR before using the servers. How to do that?
