Multiplicity Pro Upgrade - Incorrect Price

Hello,

I originally purchased Multiplicity 2 in 2013, before upgrading to Multiplicity 4 last year.

I am now trying to upgrade my license to Multiplicity 4 Pro, however the price seems very incorrect:


I would expect the price to be around £19. I assume the uprade checker still thinks I am upgrading from Multiplicity 2.

Is this a known issue?

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
