Unable to upgrade

I bought ObjectDock 1.9 plus way back in 2009. I never upgraded since I didn't think it was right to buy it again, just to upgrade version. But sadly, I'm finally having issues with it on windows 11. I now tried upgrading, but I don't qualify to upgrade. Why is that?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not sure what criteria are consider for someone qualify for previous version user upgrade discount. Perhaps you can raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
