Toolbars no longer hide

from Stardock Forums

For a month now, the program hasn't let me use the Autohide feature.

If I select it, I get a message: "This option is unavailable for multi-monitor systems."

I've been using it for about ten years, and I own two monitors!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Yes, this is known for ObjectDock v3. Nothing new to report for this one. Apparently, the support for autohide on multi-monitor setup was removed due to changes on Windows 11.

I still have version 2.20.

Do you recommend I remove version 3?

Version 2 not compatible with Windows 11. You can try but expect some incompatibility issue.

I used version 2.20, then I bought version 3.

I've never had any problems!

The monitors are still two. The PC is still the same.

I repeat... it always worked until a month ago.

As mentioned v2 might work in your system. And, from what I know, I don't see any new updates recently from ObjectDock. So I am not sure why "it always worked until a month ago" on your system. Perhaps, something change in Windows.

I may have solved the problem.

I deleted the settings files and restored the ones from the backup I made two months ago.

It works.
