1. I have object desktop with multiplicity 4 But I would like to trial pro is that possible?

2. If you have object desktop is there a discount for upgrading from within object desktop?

Hello,

  1. Yes, I do believe that is possible. Just click on the Free Trial button https://www.stardock.com/products/multiplicity/
  2. Yes, you just need to click Upgrade button under Multiplicity 4 Pro, fill-up the check upgrade eligibility with the email you registered for you ObjectDesktop. You will get the discount amount. If you purchased it, you probably will get a new license key specifically for Multiplicity 4 Pro. This will be permanent license key. Not link to your ObjectDesktop Subscription license key.

Hey Thanks but:

1. As far as I can see the free trial only relates to Multiplicity 4 not 4 pro.

2. Yes I have Multiplicity (in Object Desktop) and have tried it but (again) when I check about a discount for upgrade to pro with my registered email it says not eligible.

From what I know the trial will cover Multiplicity 4 Pro.

For account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
