Malfunctions of recently downloaded apps.....

Since downloading OD I am experiencing several problems. Start11 does not work on Win10 Alienware R7. Others won't install at all. The worst is DeskScapes, which shreds my desktop into multiple screens and doesn't stop until I either signout/signin or reboot! I haven't been able to track down just why it's doing this, except that I must have a corrupted download. It still happens even though I've tried to re-download. But the same problems exist. My only further thought is that OD thinks I am running Win11, though I am not! Some time ago I was playing around with 11, trying to bypass the TPM. It partially worked by using the workarounds available on the internet, even though my R7 is limited to Win10. But now I'm back exclusively on Win10, even Dell thinks I'm still using Win 11! Could this be the reason?  How do I get a trustworthy version?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. You can try to download it directly from your account download page. Use this link https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. Also when installing. Please try to download and install one product at a time. Reboot, as soon as the installation is done. Retest and check if everything is working before start to download and install another product. That way you know which product is giving you the issue. The issue might be conflict with another application that is running in your system. Try these steps and report back.
