Reactivaction with a Start 11 purchase

Good day.

On Saturday, June 2, 2018 I bougth three licenses of the Object Desktop Software, but since then i bought 2 Start V1 11 licenses and 2 Start V2 11 licenses, but in the page that shows the software I had bougth, one of the Object desktop Software is marked as update til  april 17 2026, but I've never update that license, so I think its an error.

Maybe someone licensed software with an email closer to mine and that caused de error. 

In one sentence, you gave me a Object Desktop license I had not paid.

I only hope that you repair the error.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait.
