For support to be able to help you, more information is needed. Your full Windows version and Multiplicity version and can you explain a little more what you mean with "some of my software stop updating" and what software.

Thank you.

so seems that I have the same issue.
Sometimes when I play Dota2 or other games in full screen, Alt+Tab to the secondary screen, the game on the main PC updates and comes back to focus, but my inputs remain on the secondary screen in seamless mode. I can't go back until I force quit Multiplicity in the task manager, and other times I have to disable Ethernet on the second pc to completely disconnect it. Also, the apps become inactive on the secondary screen. I can interact only with 1 app in focus, but the background is inactive as if my system thinks that the game that came into focus is blocking my inputs. I'm playing in a borderless window. I had this exact issue with mouse without borders hence bought multiplicity thinking that it would help yet it did not. only difference is that mouse did this randomly with any apps and multiplicity does this only in seamless while gaming.
I tried looking at logs but can't find anything indicating errors, locks or anything out of a norm so this is an edge case yall need to look into. Maybe check for main pc events and if an event of such happens, force-move user inputs to the machine with the update or something.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. As mentioned before, we need to know more information on both system.

  1. Windows 10 or 11? Need to know version and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe.
  2. Multiplicity full version number.

Thank you,
