Cancel and Refund

I'll just keep my prevous 5 seat Start 11

from Stardock Forums

After trying to use WindowBlinds 11 for a few weeks (I purchased the entire Object Desktop just to get it), I find it is just to finicky and inconsistent to use as a constant skinning system. I've previously purchased Start 11 and used it for years with over 90% satisfaction.

Can you cancel and refund my Object Desktop subscription and reinstate my last 5 seat Start 11 Version 2.5 subscription?

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Refunds" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
