when i go on wincustomize site it keeps saying on the top right box too WinCustomize Subscription i log in and have payed twice for a WinCustomize Subscription i accidently payed twice but it still says WinCustomize Subscription what can i do I've got every app and paid full for them I've cleaned cookies and temps i am on windows 11  edge please help I've got prove ive payed it says it over and over

After you log in, it should say Downloads remaining: Unlimited, and User Level: Customer. The Subscribe button will alway be there.

thanks mate yeah but I've only gone and spent twice over forWinCustomize Subscription

Raise a support ticket and explain that you purchased a WinCustomize subscription twice by mistake.

Choose "Refunds" and describe your problem.
Supply all the documentation you can.
