object dock / multiplicity

Multiplicity as provided in Obj Desktop doesn't help me. I need the KVM version.
Can I have that as part of my OD subscription? Or is available with a small upcharge?

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Unfortunately, Multiplicity that come with ObjectDesktop is Multiplicity 4. To get the Multiplicity 4 Pro, please go to Multiplicity Product page and Click on "Upgrade" button to get special discount price.

I tried that, and was told that I do not qualify for upgrading. Even tho I'm an ObjectDock subscriber.

Perhaps you have account issue, please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
