Upgrade option query

Few years ago, I have purchased 'Start11' from Ashampoo....

My question is am i entitled for a upgrade .. and If yes, how do i go about doing that..?

Hello,
If you go to your Stardock account do you see Start11 listed in there: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products. If yes, you should be able to Purchase Start11v2 or renew ObjectDesktop Subs using these two links or button as shown in my screenshot below.

If, Start11 do not appear under your Stardock account, Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "product not receive or ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.

Hi Basj,

Thank you so much for your prompt response.

I have tried to raise a ticket as per your suggestion but soon realised this was not going to work as the system assumed I bought the software from Stardock. So it was asking for info like Stardock Order nos which obviously i do not have since my Start11 was bought from Ashampoo (and thru my Ashampoo account). (In fact this Stardock account was created 2 days ago ..)

Kindly advise as to how should I proceed further...many thanks.

You can still raise a support ticket by using "Ask a Question" option and attached any document you have which linked to your Start11 Ashampoo purchase.

I was in the same situation, I had bought Start11 via Ashampoo too. For me, the upgrade was not automatic, I had to check my old license on the Stardock website. You can try here: https://store.stardock.com/myaccount/products . If they recognize your key, you should have an update option. If not, you may have to buy a license again.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. But, I am not sure why the update button in Start11 don't work for you. It should, except if there is network down issue. 

What it will not do is check for upgrade, for example upgrade from Start11v1 to Start11v2.
