Double charged for renewal

Object Desktop renewal

Hi,

I have a problem. It seems you double charged me for Object Desktop renewal.

I manually renewed it on Dec 22 and it was posted on Dec 23.

Now I see another charge on Dec 24 (pending). My guess it was auto renewed and didn't know that I had already renewed. Can you please correct this and keep me posted.

Your problem belongs to account issues. As such, your help will have to come directly from Stardock.

Stardock will be closed for the holidays starting on December 23d and will be returning on January 2nd. They will be monitoring support tickets and forums during this time but expect delays in responses during this time.

Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not make multiple tickets, that will kick your ticket back to the end of the queue. Send just once and wait. Your ticket will be answered in the order it was received.

Thank you. I just did it.

If someone can kindly let me know when the double charge has been refunded, I would appreciate it. I understand it's the holiday season now and don't expect anything until next week hopefully.

Do get back to us if you still not refunded after few days. Also, include your ticket number so we can refer it to Support.
