Object Desktop subscription

Start 11 v2

Hi,

I just renewed my subscription for object desktop. When installing Start 11 I get a upgrade notice wanting me to upgrade to Start 11 v2. Why do i need to upgrade to start 11 v2 when it should be included in object desktop. If I would have known this prior to renewal of Object desktop I would not have wasted my money on a program suite that does not include the latest versions of the software that it says it includes. Why is this the case, and if it's true then how do I get my money back?

It sounds like you might have accidentally installed Start11 v1 rather than V2.

Uninstall Start11, reboot and then install V2 and you should be fine. Your ODNT subscription includes this.
