Cannot renew

I purchased a subscription of Object Desktop last year.  Since then, my credit card was lost and I received a new one.  FastSpring will not let me enter a new credit card, and therefore I cannot renew.  I tried emailing [email protected], and received redirection to here.

Although the $10.00 discount is trivial, I have no desire to cancel/repurchase/play with installation keys/etc.  I simply wish to renew.  Please provide me with a path forward.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
