Lost icons in task overflow

Hiding taskbar when tiles is running

Hi

I'm using Tiles and under options, if I select Hide the taskbar when Tiles is running, I lose the ability to see my network icon, volume icon and battery status. All three are always used by me. I prefer to have the taskbar hidden by selecting the HIDE THE TASKBAR WHEN TILES IS RUNNING, however is there a way for these icons to display when you select the Tiles on the left?

Hi emzwurld,

I'm not seeing a way to keep the system tray icons when hiding the taskbar either.  I've logged this internally.

Thanks, I appreciate it.  I'd much prefer to use the object dock and hide my taskbar completely, but I have to run both in order to continue to see these three crucial items. Kind of a pain. I've researched with Microsoft as to if there is a way to add these to the system overflow, but there does not seem to be a way to do this. They used to have the option to drop them to the system overflow, however, you no longer can do this, which presents a problem.
