It can mean (legally) many different things. https://www.lawinsider.com/dictionary/support-term
But in fact, with Stardock's individual software (non-enterprise), it doesn't mean much, as you can always turn to forums and to Support via ticket, if the software isn't trialware. In your context, until when is your subscription active? That date, by chance?
