Tiles Feature Request

Hey guys, 
I realize I have a ton of grouped tabs with Groupy...

I have a COMM panel with all my commuunications, email, skype, slack, whatsapp.. 

I have a PM panel with jira, mondays, niftfypm, clickup.. 

I have the adobe suite groupy'ed with PS and ILL... 

So, i like to run them in full screen and having tiles.. is perfect... BUT:

I'd like to be able to do the:
. re-name the tiles in my tiles - that are all groupy'ed
. have it be very legible 
. put a custom icon in there so i know which is which
. perhaps able to launch these groupy's from tiles and it registers in the my tiles window?
