I am using Start 11 with Windows 10 so that setting is not available.

I forgot to mention that.

I have Windows 10 and I don't see that add part on my system. Which Windows 10 version you have. Need full version number please. Use Winver.exe to get it.

Never-mind, I found it, please disable "Show search highlights"
