Maximum activations reached.

Hello,

 

Recently found my Elemental:  War of Magic hard copy. Didn't work by itself.

Registered the key on the website. Downloaded the file. 

Stardock Account Registration pops up and I'm now getting the Maximum activations reached error. 

Submitted a ticket, but got a generic email back. 

 

Please help.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. I am not sure if this guide also work for Stardock games, but do try it out: https://forums.stardock.com/486311/accounts-and-activation-support-faq#deactivateproduct. If it not helping you, please report  back.

It does not work for games. There is no deactivation options. 

The error told me to reach out to support to have the account unlocked. Instead I got a generic email and a run a round.

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please raise support ticket using the link below, use the "Ask a Question" option. Include all information details. Remember to record down the ticket number for future reference if needed. Do not raise multiple ticket, that will make your ticket back to the end of the line. Send once and wait. Ticket will be answer by the order they send in.
