Acoustic Bridge drops connection

Hello,

I'm currently evaluating Acoustic Bridge. For the most part I am happy with it.  However one problem I am experiencing is that if the host plays music , the client or sender loses its connection.  Is there a way to overcome this without having to reboot the sender?

The host is Win 10 Pro

The sender is Win 11 Pro

Both are connected via a switch over ethernet on a 1GB/s LAN.

Thanks for your help!

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. From what I understand Acoustic Bridge share the same principle as Mutlipicity in Audio. Please refer to this guide and see if it help. Report back if you still need help: https://forums.stardock.com/486104/multiplicity-support-faq#audio

Thanks

Thank you Basj,

I've narrowed it down to a conflict between Acoustic Bridge and Multiplicity.  The sound playing machine is connected via both.  However sound redirection in Multiplicity is turned off.  When I experience an issue I unload one app and the other begins to function normally.
