Tiles question

Tiles - 1)    Is there any way to show the icons and texts of apps or shortcuts in a smaller size?

 

2)    2) I added a program’s titlebar to the Tiles window. Then, if I close the program, it disappears from the window.  How can I have the shortcut stay in the window even if the actual program is closed?

There is not much customization for tiles. But you can change the Tiles bar to tiny.

The best way to add shortcut to your tiles is shift key and click on that app icon on your desktop or explorer windows. Drag to the bar and release.
