Star Control 2: 30 year anniversary is coming!

We have some exciting plans this month for the 30th anniversary of Star Control 2. Paul Reiche and Fred Ford, the original creators of the game along with the gang working on UQM2 and Stardock are teaming up to celebrate! 

In the meantime, if anyone wants to share their memories of Star Control 2 please share in the comments here!

For me, I was in college in November 1992.  I remember the Star Control 2 map.

I'll be sharing most of my story on celebration day.

In 1992, I was 8.  I remember playing SC2/UQM back on the 3DO Multiplayer, one of the first games I got for that system.  I loved it, so much.  Not the first game I played, but definitely one of those that really stuck in my mind.

I was in high school for Star Control 2.

My friends and I were obsessed with Juffowup.

That person doesn't have enough Juffowup in their brain.
Have you heard the good news? Juffowup loves you.
Juffowup is helping me study harder.

Sometimes just out of the blue while we were all sitting around eating lunch and there was too much silence. "Juffowup!"

Pretty immature...
