WindowBlinds  IconPackager  DesktopX  ObjectBar  CursorXP

A fantastic new visual style that makes use of the new features of WindowBlinds 4 and was developed by Paul Boyer.

A clever yet useful DesktopX theme created also by Paul Boyer that can monitor your CPU and drive space status along with a program launcher.

An intelligent ObjectBar theme that can replace the right-click desktop menu with one that is faster and more useful.

A terrific new wallpaper also created by Paul Boyer.

Nearly a hundred high quality icons created by Paul Boyer (designer of the Orion icon suite). Supports sizes from 16x16 all the way up to 128x128.

It does not require any special software to already be installed. Use as little (such as only the icons and skin) or as much (everything) of the suite as you'd like controlled by Stardock's included Theme Manager(TM).

The Icon package is called Toon by Stardock Design I think.

I did a search, and came up with XToon by Neil Young, no Toon by mormegil, but, like I said, I could be wrong. |-)

Did a search on Mormegil, there was 28 pages of his work, but, couldn't find any Toon iconpackage... unless, I'm looking in the wrong places, wouldn't be the first time.... LOL ;P

It was part of a premium theme: WC Premium Theme Toon-XP

Premium Themes - Toon-XP| WinCustomize.com

But it is dated, You only could use the icons with IconPackager I guess. I really would like all these Premium Themes being updated. Such a lot of creativity wasted resting on a Junkyard.

That's what I wondering, that it was part of a theme, been so long ago, and I agree, be nice to have some of the older skins updated, but, alas, one would have to get the original skinners to update them, and they are gone from here, it's sad.

As these are Stardocks property, not necessarily. ;-)

That is a premium skin called toon-xp

The program with the icons on the left, upper and right sides of the screen is Object Dock. It's part of Object Desktop. The icons were part of the toon-xp theme.

Do you work onWindows 10

Not sure what you're asking. But, ObjectDock is not officially compatible for Windows 10. But it run on my Windows 10 system with few glitches here and there that I can live with.

As it is a Theme Manager suite it will not work at all.

System Requirements

  • Windows 8.1/8/7/Vista/XP
  • 200MB free drive space
  • 256MB RAM

Are you positive about that? I was under the impression that you can extract the files and use them separately, the window blind may not work well with windows 10 because it has not been updated but things like the icon package should still work.

This theme has two download buttons on my account (and this one only of quite a lot for some reason). One for Theme Manager and one with all the theme files in a zip-archive. With that said, the icon pack does not play well in Windows 10 with many missing icons & formats and the windowblind has lots of errors in Windows 10. There are DesktopX & Object Bar skins too, and they're not made to work in Windows 10 either.

I didn't have the impression the TO is capable of handling many workarounds. Still that would be a purchase of mostly not working parts. And the IP is only up to 128 px icons, if I remember right.

He could use the IP nevertheless, if he has IconPackager.

Just installed the IP to test.
