Offworld not recognising purchase

Hi All,

i have owned Offworld since early access, and have tried to download it onto my laptop (Steam), when i do i get a cloud sync errror, and when i open most of the options are greyed out and say i have to purchase the game,

When i download onto my PC (Steam again, same account), i have no such problems and can play as normal.

Any ideas?
