I source My Customisation from several places, Deviant Art is just one place, there are a few more. No They Are Not Windowblinds, they are Themes, or Skinpacks, or indeed complete Suite Themes.

I am a paid up member of this forum, I am not the first member to post None Windowblinds in this section. These are my Current Desktops over 4 SSDs, showing how they look on both Windows 10 and , for Me More importantly, Windows 11. If other members can do it without a negative comment, why cant I.

Exactly what is your personal Problem with myself showing my Desktop. It is NO secret that Customisation has two sides of the coin available to users these days. I had to adopt Win 11 early on, WB 11 was not ready, I like many others needed a working Customisation as i spent multiple hours a day at my machine, so i moved to the flip side of the coin, as Themes could provide a solution almost right away when Win 11 was released. I made a good call, as now my customisation ability has broadened massively, to incorporate both sides of the customisation coin.

I genuinely ask again, Why You Have A Personal Problem with my Desktop Screenshots. We all Love to customise, the way i choose to do that right now, is this way.

Seeing as many Themes become Windowblinds , and the opposite is also true, as many windowblinds become Themes, or are inspired, or based on, What is your issue.

Let me attempt to settle the question of SD software vs. non-SD software.

This is indeed the Desktop Screenshot of the month thread. It isn't limited to Stardock apps although, considering who's hosting this thread, folks who show SD apps in these screenies won't be punished.

I posted Darth, which was originally Dangeruss's blind. WebGizmos ported it to Winstep. Unfortunately, many great blinds won't be updated, and that's a damned shame imho. 

The take away? naroon1 has every right to post his screenies. I would only add a note for those folks who value their OS warranties. Altering system files will void that warranty, and as far as I know, the "patching" by msstyle type apps will void the warranty.

Yes, it's about skinning and modding [the Screenshot thread] ...so anything goes in that regard.

To be fair, if you look at my topics or posts dealing with this matter, i always include some phrase or another, informing peeps the pit falls of what i am doing right now, that too will continue. I do not want or wish, one single member to get into a situation, they can not recover from should problems arise, IT CAN GO WRONG, if it is not done correctly. Never do this on your everyday machine. Yes , i now too, have a Theme on my everyday machine, but not before experimenting on cheap SSDs, honing my skillset, working out how to get out of trouble FIRST. This is not for everyone, but to be fair, they are used well and in the correct way by Millions, just as WB10 and hopefully WB11, has and shall be. Yes Windowblinds is the safest option, as the devs take all the risks in development, hopefully removing any issues to the end user. I am not your average joe, and as such , i am an IT Pro with years under my belt, developing different skillsets, Themes, i can now add too my customisation passion, still learning, but well past the risky stage, even then, i have many man hours into themes now, how they work, more important , how they can go wrong, including the biggest skillset, how to sort things if that happens.

When this thing is running right [issues with VMWare and VirtualBox] I have 3 physical OS installs and about 9 virtual.

These's also a Csirac emulator around here somewhere [first gen computer] ...;)
