Stardock off for 10 days?

Sooooo... since everyone at Stardock gets a vacation for 10 days, does this mean that there will also be no approvals of Master Skins or anything else? 
Master Skins, probably not as they're managed in-house.
Other uploads would be handled as usual....some of us don't have holidays...;)

I work online as a UK national, but i work in Canada during there day and my Night, i have worked 7 days a week for the last 14 years under agreement so i can retire several years earlier, always tired, but that was my choice. I do get Holidays like anyone else, but seeing as Covid put the idea of going to Egypt in the Bin, have not had a Holiday for a few years now, and looking at the massive problems in UK Airports, i will not be getting one any time soon.

Used to go twice a year Doc during the start and end of UK Winter, have been doing that for years and years, lovely sunshine, crystal Clear water for Diving in, and friends who live there. Very Cold Beer and a cool sun lounger by the pool, not sure if i will get to go back ever again as my Disease is progressing. But That Is Life.
There are really only three ways one can face such adversity...with courage and humor, surrounded by friends. I'm certain you have all three, naroon1. 👍

Gee, free skins... wallpapers, gadgets, dreams, etc. get approved, but things that make money Stardock don't?
Was just looking to ask about approvals.
Long-time lurker, and or the first time I made an upload, a Start Button.
I can see the page at https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/start_menu_buttons/596/
But when I go to "Explore > Start Menu Buttons", it can't be found.
So freebies not approved it seems.
Can somebody explain the usual proceedure after one hits the Upload and completes the page, like what happens then, approval times rules, etc. please?
Stardock is a company who looks after its employees with such things as National Holidays, etc. where the Office actually closes for a short time.
Fortunately for 'most' situations there are also people who are outside the US who do not celebrate the same times/events/holidays so much of the day to day handling continues mostly as normal.
Unfortunately the process of Commercial management cannot legally be handled by anyone outside the US so delays managing Master submissions, etc are actually unavoidable, and have been ever since its inception.
By the time that every person has reached Master level they will have been members of Stardock's sites long enough to understand and appreciate this reality.
Please be patient....;)

I understand that Paul, I just cannot fathom taking 10 days off for a single day holiday is all.
All general User submissions [uploads] go to a process of Moderation to be checked for appropriate content and/or potential issues. Checking is done by a dedicated few volunteers who determine yay or nay.....as and when they are online and accessing. If a submission is rejected an accompanying email is sent with the reason for the refusal, quite often innocuous such as wrong size preview, etc.
Timeline can be as low as a few minutes...or as long as several days, particularly when the Office may also be closed...;)

Now that is a decent Holiday. (Time Frame) Is the 10 day Holiday right across the board in the US. (Besides Emergency Services) etc..

I think 'most' Aussies are politely hanging in till 'Liz passes on. She's the last of 'real royalty'. The rest of 'em are pretty much just whining brats...;)
My only preference is that the Flag stays as is. Too many Aussies died in every single theater of War, declared and undeclared in the past 120 years or so - under that flag...;)
I agree jafo about our Queen, she is still a hard working Royal in her 90s.I see the others as a drain on our Taxes, and even the younger royals, live in a world long past. I thought maybe Harry and Will would turn out better but there mum and best influence died when they were young, so they fell into those older ways under Charles.
Too right. I read somewhere that EIIR's successor (Prince Charles) will be introduced as King of Australia.
