Gal Civ II Menu starts then blank screen thanks to update

Latest update on 3/7 broke Gal Civ II . It's menu opens up but when Play is hit it pulls up a black screen and then the screen drops to the

task bar. Have to right click on it and close it. The prior update did this to Gruntmods Dune2000, menu starts then 2nd page is black and drops to task bar. Had to go do directly running the .exe but could not get to any of the other options.

Found an old fix that worked. On the 2 exe files do properties and select "run as administrator". This allowed the program to run again.

C:\Program Files (x86)\GalCiv2

GC2Launch.exe & GalCiv2.exe
