login to your software is almost impossible

Sorry to hear you are having issues. Not really sure on your issue, you can't login into where? To you product account? or While entering your license key for activation. Please clarify.

Right now its Wincustomize. but I'm having this problem on any of your software.  I use RoboForm, if that makes a difference.

I can try.  i'm so integrated with it because of the convenience.  It works for everything else.

I have e-mailed RF Support to see if I can bypass it or do I need to uninstall.  I've  never had a problem logging in with RF.

Good news!!  All of a sudden I can login.  I just had to reset my PW about six times.  Go figure!

But I may be back.  Oftentimes a glitch like this will return.

Every time I log into Win Customize it just asks for a login again.  What can I do?

I don't have issue login in on Wincustomize. In fact, I forget the last time I ever need to re-login into Wincustomize. It always stay logged in.

If you have your browser set to clear cookies upon exit, you'll want to tell it to retain the WC (and Stardock I think) cookies.  Start up the browser and directly go to the WC site, then see what cookies are out there that you want to retain.
