At last...the formal apology for 10 ...;)

I just want my "stuff" to keep working.

It is my understanding that there will be no Windows 11.  It's 10, and an ongoing beta.

I wasn't particularly keen on Win 10 to begin with, either, but having used it for 5 or more years now, I have grown accustomed to it and have had very few issues.  Apart from some early teething problems I've found Win 10 to be quite reliable and stable.

As for Win 11, well I will wait until there's more information before making any judgements or decisions.

If you picked up a copy in a convenience store, would it be Windows 7 Eleven?

So...Satya sent me a screen shot...

A new UI means problems for Windowblind skinners as the platform is changed. Do not like the initial info on this. Will wait and see before I speculate further.8O

Take a look at the start button on the shops, Jim. 😉

We don't have 7 eleven here. We had them in Manassas Va, where I grew up.

Legs Eleven is the way the number 11 is announced n bingo.... just like clickety click is the term used for 66.

I have low expectations.

Probably just some new icons, and a new push for tiles which I still hate.

We have hundreds of 7 Elevens here in Australia, with many attached to service stations/fuel stops.  They are great for last minute things forgotten in regular supermarkets, but they can be rather expensive places to shop.
