Start menu not skinning

I just purchased a new Laptop with Win 10. I installed Windowblinds and everything skins but the start menu.

Is there something I'm not aware of?

You need to have Start10 installed to skin the Start Menu. Did you install it?

You do want to reboot after you've installed it. If it doesn't skin after that, open up Start10 and make sure that on the very first screen "Windows 7 Style" is selected:

I have to go fight with the weather now so I'll be disappearing for awhile.
