BUG: Lander Damage Amplifier doesn't get added to inventory

After a quick search, I found that this problem has been around a while and I believe I encountered it on my first playthrough just after release as well:

Basically, the item is picked up on Zeta Chaudhary II, but doesn't then appear in your inventory.
