What is next?

Hopefully a sequel or another expansion takes less time than the real sequel to SC2:UQM.

There are a number of races and items I am curious about still.  (though I am currently stuck on one plot point for SCO:ER4)

We are working on an Xbox port of SCO. Depending on how that goes the direction we take will likely either be another expansion or straight on to the sequel (which will be after 2020).

What about PS port?

The hardware should be able to support it but that would be an entirely different process to certify etc. I wouldn't rule it out but we'll be doing an Xbox port first.

Please go for PS too! I have 2 PS4s  for my kids! And PS seems to be more popular in my country. Do not deprive my kids of SCO

can we get some update on what are your/TFB plans re StarControl? What is happening now? What are the plans for the future? Any plans for SC2 remake using SCO engine, etc.?

Short answer: No.

Long answer: Our (Stardock)'s current plans are to do a console port for SCO next but that is delayed due to the pandemic right now.

I hope that @No@ is because of NDAs rather than because there are actually no plans .

Yea, the Covid stuff has really messed with our ability to do console ports (across the board).

Once we are ported to at least one console, we can begin on the sequel.

Again SCO is a brilliant installment thanks to the Stardock team pulling it off.

Next: I'd like to see P&F's flavor blended in, Not beating around the bush.

This: The real sequel to SC2:UQM.

After that Brad and the team could make an SCO sequel with the style they prefer as SCO is just as exciting.

How is the console port going? Any plans for more DLCs? Anything else worth sharing?

Brad, can you ask Fred and Paul to make a joint post with Stardock to discuss your mutual and separate plans for future games (Starcontrol related), etc.

Now this will Stir up the pot real good and be a mammoth attention grabber.

Console port got pushed back due to the pandemic. We're still hiring as we have a lot of big projects on the go right now.
