Access still denied

How do I get access

How do I get access to my own POST and the replies to it? Again, today I have had an email notifying me of a further reply to my first POST yet when I try to view it I get ACCESS DENIED. Why? When is this going to be corrected? I have reported this and asked this question everywhere I can think of but have as yet had no response. I hope it is sorted out before my trial of TOUCH TASKS expires!

Yes it is. So far it seems I have had 2 replies, but have not been able to read them as I get Access Denied when I try.

I am perhaps being a bit impatient, but I want to master Touch Tasks before the free trial ends / I pay for it. It is only a modest price, it is just the principle. Not being a tech expert despite (too many) years of experience I rely a lot on the generously given help in Forums. So thank you for your response.

Thanks for letting us know about this problem.  It has been corrected and you should now be able to view your posts.
