I went to the link in the first post..The site is in Japanese or something like that..Are these premium suites that are being distributed for free?? or just uploaded to a site that shouldnt be destributing them.???I cant really tell..Just because I can read the guy is giving the Name of Mormigel a the artist and a link to his site and contact info..What exactley is the "rip " part..For I dont see him claiming it as his work..??? Drop125....primarily it is all about the 'permission' issue......that is what copyright is all about....exactly who has the right to distribute or disseminate a person's property.

Skinners/artists upload their work here....themselves....and by so doing are granting Wincustomize.com the rights to limited distribution....via public download for personal use.

That is no problem at all, as to rescind those rights...to remove the work/s it is within the owner's control to do so...just delete them from Wincustomize and absolute proprietorship is restored/maintained.

When a third party uploads the works of another, whether exact or slightly modified, the original author is out of the 'loop' and must actually 'fight' to regain control of his property.

Therein lies the issue of the 'rip'....
