I had suspected.  Ross, we'll miss you, bud...

Uvah was a great friend to me and cheered me up many a time when I was feeling down.  In fact, I'd call him a best mate because of his great nature and willingness to share.

It is sad to know of his passing, and way too soon.  

RIP Ross, you will be sorely missed.

A bit of good news amonst all the bad.

I'm excited, I just got friended on FB by Mike Bryant   aka  mikeb314!!  Appears he's now a musician.

I'd wondered what happened to him. Fantastic interface work.

I'm just glad to know that he's still with us!

Thanks Karmagirl for the closure... I think we had all safely assumed he had "left the building".... but nice of you to research his obituary for us all to confirm. Cancer is such a bitch. 

Nice to know he was on WC around friends in his final days....says a lot about this place and the people here... we don't  know each other from Adam...but we know each other so well.... he was among true friends to the last.     

Yeah, I don't usually pick favourites, but in Uvah's case he was my best mate here on WC.  It took a while to sink in that he had passed, then a lot longer to deal with it.  I'm still not 100% over it, hoping somewhere inside that he will log in again.  It is not going to happen, though, and I will miss his strange kind of humour and sas in the'Banned' thread. 

Gone but never forgotten.
