WC Subscription Renewal not applied

from WinCustomize Forums

I renewed my WC Subscription and it is not showing in my account.  I saved the receipt to PDF file and will send it to someone if needed.

Order number: 4294768 Status: Completed  <- My order.

I reset my Browser cache but no good.  Can someone look into this for me please?

Well thanks for the effort but the renewal was for one year purchased a couple of days ago.  Yet it shows 89 days left.

 

 

I would think it should show 365 days or so.
